Hello Therm-OWeb friends! Shemaine here today and I am fluttering with excitement to share with you our Brand New products from the new Brutus Monroe Therm-O-Web Magical Monarch Release!

Celebrate Friends with Magical Monarch Cards

I’m all about butterflies and dragonflies when it comes to choosing new stamps and dies so when I received this new release I was so excited to dive right in! And the designs lend themselves to so many occasions. New job, friendship, new baby, sending good thoughts to someone who has been ill and just a beautiful way to say hi!

Beauty Is Everywhere Card

Card #1 Beauty is Everywhere, was an evolution in itself.

I started with the butterfly toner card front and some Catherine Pooler inks that were generously given to me by Catherine Pooler in a previous collaboration.

I started at the bottom with Drive-in and then some Cummerbund and then laid the stencil over the open spaces and applied more Drive-in for this fun look.

Next, I used the new Clear Shattered Glass foil and ran thru the laminator for this beautiful and very colorful effect on the Butterfly Toner Card front.

Cutting the card front with a generic square die and a fun scalloped die I layered the two with our 3D foam squares.

I also used the detailed die to cut a turquoise piece of cardstock to layer.

Next, I foiled another toner card front and used the coordinating die to cut out the butterfly securing the die with our pixie tape.

I layered the detail die cut and then added some bling from Pinkfresh using our Ultrabond Adhesive.

The finished card is really stunning and the stenciled butterflies really pop in that background.

Be The Best Version Card

For the second card, I used the toner card front I cut the butterfly out to ink with the same Catherine Pooler inks. I like using these inks because they blend really well and the colors are vibrant.

Next, I stamped and embossed the butterfly and used the stencil to blend the inks.

I spritzed the cardstock with a mister to add some texture to the inked toner card front then I die-cut the butterfly and adhered it to the center of the card with a 3D foam square.

Sending Butterfly Kisses Card

For the last card, I foiled the toner card front with Brutus Monroe Purple Sketch Transfer Foil.

Next, I inked over the butterfly white spaces using the coordinating stencil with the same colors I used for the previous cards.

I stamped and embossed the butterfly image.

and used the stencil to blend the Drive-in and Cummerbund inks. The result is so pretty. I repeated the process to make 2 butterflies for the front of the card.

I wanted the 3 cards to look like a set so I used the same scalloped edge die and then the Pinkfresh round decorative die layered over the center. I can’t find this die on their website to link so my apologies. As you can see, the detail of the stencils really pops.

I finished all 3 cards with the coordinating sentiments that come with the Magical Monarch Stamp Set. The finished card is really pretty.

Here are all 3 cards as a set ready to send to a friend.
