Hello Crafty Friends!!
Larissa here today to share a Sweet Cheers Card using the NEW Brutus Munroe Adhesive Transfers!! I’m in LOVE with the NEW Adhesive Transfers, and if you haven’t given them a try, I hope this INSPIRES you to give them a try!!
Did you know that you can use the Deco Foil Flock Sheets with the NEW Adhesive Transfers too!!?? SQUEAL!! This is such a FUN way to try the Flock Sheets if you haven’t given them a Try, and I PROMISE you’re going to be HOOKED!!
I started with the Palm Leaves and Cut them from the Transfer Sheet and then added it to a Piece of Cardstock and ran it through my MINC Machine on the 2 Setting!!
Once it was run through I removed the Top Sheet to reveal the Adhesive Transfer!! Isn’t it NEAT!!??
I then cut a piece of Deco Foil Flock in Green Envy and then adhered it to the Adhesive transfer Flock Side Down!! Then Ran it back through my MINC Laminating Machine on the 2 Setting!!
Once I ran it through my Laminating Machine I removed the Negative Sheet to reveal the AWESOME Flocked Adhesive Transfer Image!!
Here’s a Close up Look!! SWOON!! It’s BEAUTIFUL right!!?? I’m addicted!! Then I FUssy Cut the Image out using some Scissors!!
Next, I Cut the Solid Pineapple from the Transfer Sheet and then added it to a Piece of Cardstock and ran it through my MINC Machine on the 2 Setting!!
Once it was run through I removed the Top Sheet to reveal the Adhesive Transfer!!
I then cut a piece of Deco Foil Flock in Sunshine Yellow and then adhered it to the Adhesive transfer Flock Side Down!! Then Ran it back through my MINC Laminating Machine on the 2 Setting!! Once I ran it through my Laminating Machine I removed the Negative Sheet to reveal the AWESOME Flocked Adhesive Transfer Image!!
I wanted to add some Color to the Top of the Pineapple, so I used Distress Oxide Inks in Peeled Paint and Pine Needles and I LOVE the Dimension and Color it adds to the Flocked Adhesive Transfer!!
I wanted to add a Foiled Pineapple Image on top of the Flocked Image, so I Cut the Pineapple Adhesive Transfer out and placed it onto the Flocked Image!! Then Ran it through my MINC Laminating Machine on the 2 Setting!!
Once it was run through my Laminating Machine I removed the Negative Sheet and was left with the Adhesive Transfer on my Flocked Image!! HOW FUN is this!!?? You can Layer them for even more Possibilities!!
I Cut a Piece of Champagne Deco Foil and then placed it over the Adhesive Transfer Shiny Side up and ran it through my MINC Laminating Machine on the 2 Setting!!
I removed the Negative Foil and this is what I’m left with!! You may notice some extra Foil, just use a Soft Bristle Brush to remove the excess Foil!!
Then I added some Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink to the Bottom of the Pineapple once I Fussy Cut it out for some added Dimension and Shading!!
I Layered the Images together using some Foam Tape and Ultra Bond Adhesive onto a Die Cut Circle that I Inked with Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink!! Then I Die Cut a Larger Circle from some Black Cardstock and Layered it behind!! I Adhered it to the Laura Kelly Toner Sheet Card Panel using some Foam Tape!!
I added some Gold Pearls using the Zots Bling Adhesive Dots and then I added the Cheers Sentiment onto a Banner also Die Cut from some Black Cardstock!!
I LOVE how FUN these NEW Brutus Monroe Adhesive Transfers are and I hope I’ve INSPIRED you to give them a try with your Deco Foil Flock!! Or to Layer them together for a REALLY FUN NEW Possibility!!
