Hi, it’s Lisa from Quilty Zest!
I wanted you to invite you to join me for tonight’s Facebook Live in the Therm O Web Craft Room Facebook Group! I’ll be joined by my 12-year-old son, Jojo, and we’ll be sharing a tutorial for how to make Confetti Heart Postcards for Valentine’s Day! Join me tonight at 7:30 PM CST to learn more!

Don’t forget to join the Therm O Web Facebook Group prior to our live by clicking here and answering the questions to join!

Let’s talk valentines for a minute – remember making a valentine box in school, and choosing between all the character valentines (Mickey Mouse, My Little Pony…)? Kids valentines these days have gotten a lot more…sugary…for starters – Valentine’s Day is starting to rival Halloween! But one fact remains – giving and receiving valentines is so much fun!

These fabric postcards are extra fun for three main reasons:
First…we’ll be making and using fabric confetti!!!!

Second…you can actually mail these postcards! Simply print out the template for the reverse side and follow the directions in the video tutorial for applying it. The best way to mail these heartfelt postcards is by inserting them in a clear envelope – this protects the fabric, gives the stamp something to stick to, and allows the mail carrier a peek at your creation.

Third…Jojo and I will walk you through every step of the process in tonight’s Facebook Live video. If you miss the live version, you can always watch it later on YouTube. These are easy to make, and very addicting – I bet you’ll want to make several to mail out!
