Hi, friends!  It’s Andrea with you today sharing a cute Valentine card featuring the new Deco Foil Toner Card Fronts!  These new products make creating fabulous backgrounds super quick and easy!

Valentine Card with Deco Foil

I combined the Dainty Hearts Card Front with the Candy Stripes Card Front for a fun base for that cute dragon from Whimsy Stamps.

Quick and Easy Foiled Background

I used my laminator to add the foils to the card fronts.  To the Dainty Hearts one, I applied Glass Slipper Deco Foil, and for the Candy Stripes paper, I used Enchanted Rose.  You can add color to the card fronts with inks, but I really like them in their natural state.  I think the foils really pop off that white!

Assembling the Card

I adhered the striped paper to a white card with the Memory Tape Runner XL.  After trimming down the hearts paper, I attached a punched, black border and affixed the panel to my card.

I die-cut gold glitter paper and red cardstock with the Connected Hearts Frame Die and affixed the pieces with Mixed Media Adhesive.  I popped up that cute dragon with Gina K. Designs White Foam Squares.  After heat embossing the sentiment, I die-cut it and adhered it with foam squares.  I finished the card with a scattering of black sequins, which I attached with Mixed Media Adhesive.
