Love Letters Clear Toner Sheet Shaker Box Instructions

Step one:  Cut out the box blank from the Valentine script scrapbook paper with your envelope punch board.  I started with a piece of paper 8 1/4″ square and punched and scored it at 3 1/8″ and 4 1/8″ on one side, rotated the paper 180 degrees and repeated the punching and scoring with the same measurements, and then used the score lines to punch and score the two remaining sides.

Step two:  Select two nesting rectangular dies to fit the front of your box and die cut an opening with the smallest die.  Note: I had to hand cut the opening on mine with a craft knife as the box was too wide to fit in my die cutting machine!  Die-cut a frame from kraft cardstock by nesting the smaller die within the larger die.  Adhere the frame to the front of the box with iCraft Ultra Bond adhesive.

Step three:  Apply Enchanted Rose Deco Foil to a piece of Arrows Clear Designer Toner Sheet with your pre-heated laminator.  Die-cut the foiled Arrows Toner Sheet with the larger of the two rectangular dies and adhere it to the INSIDE of the box with iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive to cover the die-cut opening.

Step four:  Apply Gina K. Designs White Foam Tape around all four sides of the die-cut opening on the inside of the box, making sure that there are no gaps in the corners where your confetti could escape!

Step five:  Add a variety of confetti and/or sequins inside the shaker window.

Step six:  Cut a piece of Printable Clear Designer Toner Sheet big enough to cover the foam tape right up to the outer edges, remove the backing paper from the foam tape and adhere the Printable Clear Designer Toner Sheet piece over top to sandwich the confetti inside your shaker window.

Step seven:  Assemble your love letters shaker box with iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive.  Die-cut a heart from kraft cardstock and adhere it fon the inside of the box so it’s visible through the shaker window to add a bit of interest to the inside of the box if desired.

Step eight:  Adhere Bronze Deco Foil Transfer Sheet to a piece of Deco Foil Peel and Stick Toner Sheet with your pre-heated laminator.  Die-cut the ‘love’ word from the foiled toner sheet.

Step nine:  Apply Deco Foil Clear Adhesive to a chipboard heart with the Adhesive Pen.  Let the adhesive dry till tacky (just takes a few minutes) and then apply a piece of Pink Carnation Deco Foil Flock Transfer Sheet to the heart (fuzzy side down!), burnishing it well to transfer the flock and peel off the backing paper from the flock transfer sheet.

Step ten: Adhere the foiled ‘love’ word to the flocked heart.  Adhere the heart to the bottom left corner of the shaker window with iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive.

Step eleven: Apply a small velcro dot to the back of the shaker box to keep the envelope flap closed.  Die cut another heart from kraft cardstock and adhere it to the point of the flap with iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive.

Step twelve:  Insert your packet of precious love letters inside your shaker box and you are done!

Here are a few closeups of the finished love letters clear designer toner sheet shaker box.
