Welcome, welcome everyone! We’re so glad you’re here today! This is Amanda from Twiddler’s Nook and I have a super fun way to showcase your favorite deco foil transfer sheets and get two cards for one sheet! This has been a new favorite thing for me to do.

Lawn Fawn Giant Thanks So Much die

Mystic Rainbow Deco Foil Thank You Cards

For these cards, we’re going to heat up our laminator nice and hot and run the fantastic new mystic rainbow deco foil and an A2 piece of the deco foil toner sheets through in a parchment paper carrier. After you peel the transfer sheet off the foil, take your foiled toner sheet and run it through the die cutter with the Lawn Fawn simple stripes diagonal die.

I got a little ahead of myself and excited to create these cards so I forgot to take a photo of the foiled pieces like this but here is the cover die and the pieces it gives you in white cardstock for show. I just separate them from every other. You will have 5 pieces on one card and 4 on the other. I added foam tape to the back of each piece and simply adhered them to white card bases.

Next I cut the Lawn Fawn giant thanks so much from white cardstock 3 times and black once. I used the ultra bond liquid glue pen to adhere the layers together. The white are stacked nicely and when I got to the black layer on the bottom I offset it just a smidge for a cool shadow effect. I REALLY like how this turned out!

I used the same liquid glue pen to adhere the sentiment to the foiled striped and thought something was missing. It was cool because of those foiled striped but it needed something. So I watered down a little black acrylic paint and splattered both of my cards. LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!

The paint splatter texture with that fantastic foil is just so wonderful! Don’t you love it?!? I can’t wait to try this with so many other deco foil patterns that I have!

I hope you enjoyed today’s project and be sure to check out this new foil. It’s stunning!!!

I appreciate you sharing your time with me. Have a fabulous day!
