HelloTherm-O-Web crafty friends! It’s Heather here today sharing an exciting new product from Deco Foil Color Harmony Transfer Foils and the cards I made using them! The Color Harmony multipacks are a great way to build up your collection of foils in a rainbow of colors! They include several new colors and patterns of foil too!

I created both of the cards in a similar way. I made them by using all four colors in the Shades of Pinks and The Shades of Orange Color Harmony Foil packs. I started by putting all the foils on black Toner Card Fronts, so, I can use them for the base of my card and die cut the other colors.

To make these cards I transferred most of the colors onto an Easy-Cut Adhesive sheet, which is a double-sided adhesive. It’s a great tool that allows me to stack dies and place intricate dies easily. For the first card I used Shades of Orange. I die cut the hearts out of Coral Watercolor and the base is copper. I used the Sticky Dots to attach the base to the card. I die cut “Hugs” out of all the colors to see which would look the best! I end up using Sunset Orange and raised it with foam squares. Then I added some embellishments for interest!

For my second card, I used Flower Child as the base. Then I die cut the “Thank You” with the Pink Carnation, Plush (flock) Transfer Sheets for the color and the dimension. Then I die cut it in the rest of the Shades of Orange. I offset the “Thank you” die cuts and assembled the flowers with the base being a plush die cut and then stacking the remaining colors. I used the dotting tool to curl the edges of the flowers and placed a clear embellishment in the middle and used a foam square on a few for different dimensions!

For a bonus project, I wanted to foil some wood hearts and butterflies. I also made a beaded tag and wanted to foil Happy Spring on the tag! So, I spread my Deco Foil Liquid Adhesive all over the hearts and butterflies. At the same time, I used the fine tip on the liquid adhesive to write Happy Spring on the wooden tag. I let them dry a little over an hour. For the tag I used the new Electric Lime in the Shades of Green and placed it over the adhesive shiny side up and rubbed my finger over the letters a few times. I pulled the foil off, and all the adhesive was covered in a beautiful shade of Green! I moved onto the wooden hearts and butterflies using the new color pattern, Coral Watercolor from the Shades of Orange. The first time I pulled off the foil it was a beautiful, distressed pattern, so I left one each like that. I applied more adhesive to the other two and had even more beautiful coverage!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope I inspired you to try out the new Color Harmony foils! It’s a great way to get a rainbow of colors in your crafty stash! It will also be available in a “I Want it All Bundle” Have a wonderful crafty day!
