Hugs & Kisses with Elle’s Studio and Therm O Web

Hi everyone!  It’s Elle’s Studio week here at Thermoweb.  I had the awesome chance to work with the “Love You More” collection.  Can I just say… LOVE IT!

First I made a quick card using the Love you More Stamp Set, Die Cuts and Pattern Papers  A super simple card put together using Foam Adhesive between the layers and the Sticky Dot Runner between the base layers.

This collection has so many things I love.  The color scheme is sweet without being too Valentine’ish.  I love the mixes of grey with soft muted pinks, splashes of reds, oranges and yellows.

Next up, I made a 12 x 12 layout.

Start by adding your base layer, which, for me is usually a flat layer.  Use Thermoweb Sticky Dot Runner to adhere those elements which will be flush against the papers.

Gradually, start adding layers using Thermoweb Foam Adhesive squares, Zots™ and more of the Adhesive Runner.  Remember, you can use 3D Zots™ much like the foam adhesive to add even more dimension.

Use the Zots™ Small glue dots to adhere bows to your layout to give it some added interest.

When making clusters of elements using the Elle’s Studio Bits and Pieces from the Love You More Collection, adhere a few flush against the paper using the sticky dot runner, then add Foam Adhesive Squares to other layers to keep the elements from blending together.  In the photo below, I attached the Bits and Pieces Elements with a stapler, but added foam adhesive squares under the large flag and the “so good together” to keep the elements separate.

Like I said above, I simply adore this collection.  It’s the perfect way to celebrate the loved ones in your life, but it’s also very versatile, it could be used for so many other things.
