Below, I have a video sharing how to make these cards. Even though I keep the DecoFoil Metallix Gel and the Glitz Glitter Gel mostly separated, you can mix away to your heart’s content!
I have to say that I improvised on this project and I’m so glad I did! It caused me to think out of the box and use the Flock in a different way than I normally would have. I had nothing Patriotic in my stash (except the stamp set), so I made my own background!
