Tell us your favorite things to do when not crafting:
When I am not crafting I am usually at the gym! I do yoga, cardio kickboxing, and HIIT workouts!
◦ Care to share a bit about your family with us?
I have been married to my husband for 10 years, but we started dating over 16 years ago! We have two beautiful boys. My oldest son has special needs and is wheelchair bound. He is the hardest working and most positive person I have ever met. He inspires me daily and I am so lucky to have him in my life!
◦ What would be your all time favorite craft project:
My favorite craft project is definitely quilting! I love taking pieces of fabric and making them into something beautiful and functional!
◦ Where do you go for inspiration:
I get my inspiration from all over. I have always been a very creative person and I spend a lot of time looking at creative blogs and trying out different craft mediums to find new techniques and ideas for my sewing.
◦ Give us your top 3 colors:
This is by far the hardest question. Mustard yellow, Aqua, and Pink (I think!)
◦ Best or favorite drink:
I live 20 minutes from the Napa valley so at the moment I am a big wine person. If you had asked me a few years ago I would have said Coke but I stopped drinking soda a few years ago!
◦ Absolutely dream vacation:
Tahiti!!!!
◦ What are you.. book reader/movie watcher:
Books! I love to read.
◦ Any celebrity crushes you would care to share:
Adam Levine, hands down.
◦ I hear you’ve moved around…favorite place you’ve lived:
My favorite place to live was just outside of St. Louis, MO in a small town in Illinois. St. Louis was amazing but it was also where I met a lot of amazing people and the happy feelings I had there have stuck with me!
◦ What is your favorite time of the year:
I am a spring person. I love when the flowers are coming out and the weather is just warm enough to throw on a sweatshirt and head outside. Not too hot or cold!
◦ If you were given the choice of a 2nd language to speak fluently, what would you chose and why?
I was actually a French major in college. I have always been obsessed with the culture and the language. I used to be fluent but so much time has passed since I spoke with anyone that I have forgotten a lot! I would love to brush up on my language skills and go visit France!
