Although it is mid-September, it doesn’t quite feel like fall yet! But that doesn’t stop me from breaking into my fall scrapbooking supplies!
One of the first things that crossed my mind when I saw the iCraft® Mixed Media sheets was how beautiful they would be cut into leaf shapes.
Create a Fall Layout with Mixed Media Sheets & Watercolor Deco Foil
Project Supplies:
3D & Bling Zots™ Adhesive Dots
iCraft® Mixed Media sheets – Light Weight
iCraft® Mixed Media Liquid Adhesive
Project Instructions:
I first added some Deco Foil™ Hot Melt adhesive to one of the mixed media sheets and covered it with Amber Watercolor Deco Foil™. Then I used a thick metal leaf die to cut out some leaf shapes.
For the colored leaves, I used the Light Weight Mixed Media sheets and painted them with acrylic paint, let them dry, and cut them with the same dies. Then I layered them under my fall “leaf-pile” photos.
