Lawn FawnI am so excited for Thanksgiving. The food, family and break from daily life are just what I need right now! Even though we tend to do a very low key Thanksgiving dinner, I decided this year I wanted some fun place cards for the table.

Fortunately I had the opportunity to work with the adorable Lawn Fawn line Into the Woods. Combine with some Therm O Web adhesives and you can easily whip up some cute place cards. I cut mine with a Silhouette Cameo. The bases are cut from the 6×6 Into the Woods Paper Pad. Stamp on cardstock with the Lawn Fawn stamp set Happy Feast.

rk tow lf 3When working with tiny pieces like the die cuts adhered to the left side of the cards, use Therm O Web’s Sticky Dot Mini runner.

rk tow lf 2The Lawn Fawn flair is a perfect topper.

rk tow lf 1Thanksgiving being a time to be, well thankful, is a perfect time to make thank you cards.

rk tow lf 8Start with a 4.5 x 12 inch strip of Lawn Fawn patterned paper.  Make a slightly smaller rectangle out of a different sheet of patterned paper and machine stitch around the outside. Cut an even smaller rectangle and use it as a matte for a fourth rectangle on which you can stamp the sentiment. Stitch around and adhere to the matte before adhering to the card. Stamp an image on another piece of patterned paper and fussy cut. Adhere to the sentiment rectangle with a Therm O Web Zots™. Zots™ also make it east to adhere non-adhesive embellishments like the Lawn Fawn sequins. Simply press the sequin onto the Zots™…

rk tow lf 9peel off and adhere to the card.

rk tow lf 10This month is also a perfect time to make a layout about something you are thankful for.

rk tow lf 4Use Lawn Fawn patterned paper for the base of the layout. Cut .5 inch off two sides of another piece and matte it onto the first. Adhere with Therm O Web Memory Runner XL. Adhere a strip of patterned paper towards the bottom for a lare die cut title. Adhere a 4×6 photo onto patterned paper and cut into a thin frame. Adhere to a larger rectangle of patterned paper and adhere to layout. Cut off the bottom strip of patterned paper and adhere to layout as a border. Use Zots to adhere sequins to the die title.

rk tow lf 5Small Zots™ fit right behind even those tiny sequins. Also adhere a few small sequins to the larger leaf sequins and tuck behind Lawn Fawn flair.

rk tow lf 7Thanks to Lawn Fawn for giving us the opportunity to work with their adorable collections and show how wonderfully Lawn Fawn and Therm O Web work together!

🙂 Rebecca

Such gorgeous projects – ALL of them! And Lawn Fawn showed me your awesome iCraft Adhesive Tapes _ I want them in all 3 sizes! And I’ve always seen the Petit Zots (I already use the other 3 sizes) but never thought I’d want them. OMG, now I realize how tiny they are – I HAVE to pick some up! Thanks again for the great inspiration, and the wonderful Giveaway!
