WCMD Rainbow Embossed Deco Foil Cards

Rainbow Embossed Deco Foil Cards

It’s no secret that I LOVE rainbows! And I love Deco Foil Transfer Sheets! My projects today shows how you can use embossing folders along with the Deco Foil Transfer Sheets for texture and dimension!

These cards are so easy to create but they really pack a dimensional punch! So easy in fact that I created two cards at once! I covered a piece of A2 sized cardstock with a piece of an iCraft Easy-Cut 6×6 Adhesive Sheet and removed the backing so that I had a piece of cardstock completely covered in sticky adhesive. I laid the adhesive covered sheet onto the back side of a Rainbow Deco Foil Transfer Sheet. You want to place the adhesive side into the back (silver) side not the pretty side! I rubbed the Rainbow Deco Foil into the adhesive with my fingers carefully to make sure that the foil fully transferred to the adhesive.

Now for the fun part! I took my Rainbow Deco Foiled pieces of cardstock and ran them through my embossing machine with some 3D Geometric Embossing Folders from We R Memory Keepers. I used my Sizzix Big Shot with the following sandwich – Magnetic Base Plate, embossing folder with the cardstock, and a single top plate. The results are STUNNINGLY GORGEOUS! I finished off my cards with some cardstock sentiment pieces and stickers from the PhotoPlay Mad 4 Plaid Fall Collection with iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive.
