Hello everyone! It’s Ellen here. Where I live it’s raining so so so much, it’s the perfect time to take a cup of tea and in the meantime having fun in my craft room.

Today I’m sharing ‘Black and White’ cards. Adding foil create sophisticated cards. What more do you need?

As you can see on the pictures I started out with the Flowers Devine Toner Card Front.

First I did cut a piece of foil slightly larger than the toner card front. Next I did place the foil (color side facing up) on top of the printed side of the toner card front.
Inside a folded parchment paper I placed the toner card front and foil into a hot laminator. Afterwards you let the paper cool down and peel the foil transfer sheet away to reveal your foiled design! Don’t stop here, don’t throw away the left over foiled piece.

If you follow the same steps with the left over foil and a “Deco Foil Toner Sheet”, you have a negative version of the toner card front.

I did cut out some colored pieces of paper to create different layers. I’m using the 3D foam tape to create different heights (I’m using the white jumbo roll 1/16 thick & the white foam squares dispenser).

For the sentiments I used the Deco Foil Adhesive Transfer Designs. First you cut out the piece of the Adhesive Transfer Design you want to use (here I used the Blooming Friendship & Let’s Celebrate sheet). Peel the clear bottom liner and put it on top of a piece of paper. In this case banners. Place your project inside a folded Deco Foil Craft & Carrier Sheet and run through a hot laminator.

Next, you slowly peel back the printed top liner to reveal the clear adhesive design. Then you can use a piece of foil (slightly larger than the design) and place it, color side up, on top of the adhesive design. When it did go true the laminator again, you will get a pretty foiled banner.

It’s very gratifying to be able to create beautiful cards with only black and white. I love it!
