Are you ready for the next ThermOWeb sew along? I hope so because this one is all about “Summer Fun” with four free applique patterns created by our Therm O Web fabric designers. The unfinished 6 ½” x 6 ½” blocks can be made with fat quarters and/or scraps.

Summer Fun Quilt Block Sew Along

Once you have your blocks sewn, come back during the week of July 29th to August 1st for projects to use those blocks in. Free patterns will be available with a list of supplies and instructions. You can make one of the projects or all four…it’s up to you! We’d love to have you join us in this sew along and once you finish your blocks, we’d love to see them on Instagram or Facebook with the tag #thermoweb.

The applique blocks are so easy when using HeatnBond EZ Print Lite Sheets or Heat n Bond Lite, Iron-on Adhesive. The EZ Print Lite Sheets use an inkjet printer so there’s no tracing. If you’d rather trace your designs, Heat n Bond Lite, Iron-on Adhesive is the way to go. Both products have a protective paper that easily peels off when you’re ready to apply the designs.

All our designers love using an Oliso Iron when creating their blocks and projects. The new Oliso Project Irons are out and we think you’ll love them, too! They are perfect for small jobs like arranging appliques on a heatproof sheet before adding them to fabric and have a silicone base for the iron to sit on.
