HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!!
Larissa here today to share some BEAUTIFUL Cards using the Gina K Designs Graphic Sunflowers StampnFoil Stamp Set along with the coordinating Gina K Designs Graphic Sunflowers StampnFoil – Foil-Mates!! I wanted to show that even though these are Sunflowers, they can be used as Bright Spring Flowers too!! THINK outside of the Box when using these Products and STRETCH them!!
Spring Daisy Flowers with Fancy Foils and Foil-Mates
For my first Card I Started by Stamping the Sunflowers using Milled Lavender Distress Oxide Ink!! Then I came in with an Ink Dauber and inked just the inside edge of the Sunflower Image and restamped using Wilted Violet Distress Ink!!
I LOVE the dimension it adds!! Then I used some of the Gina K Designs Fancy Foils in Wild Lilac to Foil the Sunflower Images and ran them through the Laminating Machine!!
SWOON!! I LOVE the Spring Rainbow of Colors available in the Gina K Designs Fancy Foils Collection!! I used the Coordinating Graphic Sunflowers Dies to Die Cut them out!!
For the Centers of the Sunflowers, I used Gathered Twigs Distress Ink and applied it to the Circles using an Ink Dauber!! I Foiled the Centers using some Gina K Designs Glittering Gold Deco Foil!! I wanted to add some Texture and Dimension to the Leaves too, so I Stamped the Leaf Images from the Set onto the Stamp-n-Foil Sheet using Distress Oxide Inks in Peeled Paint and Forest Moss!!
Then I took the Deco Foil Pen and pressed down on the tip to create a Puddle of the Medium onto my Work Matte!! I took a Fine Detail Brush and added the Deco Foil Medium onto the Leaves creating Small Dots and then some Larger Dots into some of the Flower Centers!!
I let the Deco Foil Medium Dry completely and then Cut my pieces of Foil in Spring Green for the Leaves and ran them through the Laminating Machine!! SQUEAL!! How FUN is that added detail!!?? The Little touches like this just add SO much personality to your Designs!!
Then I Die Cut them out using the coordinating Graphic Sunflowers Dies!! I Die Cut a Rectangle Panel and added some Gina K Designs Turquoise Sea Ink to the Bottom Left Hand Corner of the Panel!!
I added some Black Distress Paint Splatters and then I arranged the Flowers and Leaves to create my Cluster in the Corner of the Panel!! I used some iCraft 3D Foam Squares to POP up the Flower Centers along with the Flowers and Leaves varying how many layers to create some various heights!! I Stamped and Embossed my Sentiment and adhered the Panel to one of the NEW Gina K Designs Backgrounds that I Foiled using Gina K Designs Fancy Foils in Turquoise Sea with some iCraft 3D Foam Square!! A few Trinity Stamps Rhinestones adhered with Zots Bling Adhesive Dots finish off the Design!!
For my second Card I repeated the Same exact steps only for this Design I Stamped the Sunflowers with Dried Marigold Distress Oxide Ink and Carved Pumpkin for the Shading of the Sunflowers!!

Then I Foiled with Gina K Designs Sweet Mango Fancy Foil!! I LOVE the BRIGHT and HAPPY Colors and thing they look like Gerber Daisies, which just happen to be one of my FAVORITE Flowers!!
For my Last Card I Stamped the Sunflowers with Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Inks!!
I Foiled the Sunflower Images with Gina K Designs Bubble Gum Fancy Foil!!
