Hello my crafty friends!  I love making home-made gift tags this time of year and I’ve made many different types and styles through the years!  When the HeatnBond Sparkle Paste came out and I read about it I was so excited to use it on some gift tags!  It was as fun as I thought it would be!  It adds just the right amount of sparkle!

So today you can make your own!  I have a free step by step pattern and tutorial for you to download here.  The tag template is included and the tutorial is easy to follow and you’ll have some gift tags made in no time.  I go over all the details of using the Sparkle Paste.  You’ll love the different ways you can use it.

The supplies are simple; other than the Sparkle Paste I bet you have everything you need!  (Be sure to go to the Thermoweb site and look at all the colors of Sparkle Paste!  I want them all!!)

One thing I really love about fabric gift tags is that you can use up some of your scraps you’ve been hoarding away.  This fabric line I used is called Oh What Fun by Elea Lutz for Poppie Cotton.  I also love that the selvedge has some sweet words to cut out and use on the tags. Embellishing with some lace and a little hand sewing is fast and adds a great touch!

You can make these tags assembly line style and whip out a great number of them at once!

So now let’s make some tags!!!  Click HERE to download and save the PDF file with all the instructions!  Be sure to tag me on IG @redfeedsack so I can see what you’ve made!

Happy Christmas sewing my friends!
