Ornament collage 15

Hello again, it is Amy from Sew Incredibly Crazy bringing you a super easy craft that you can work up in just a few minutes.  And even though the holidays are over you can make these now for next year or make some for Valentine’s Day, Easter…you get the idea! I recently had a chance to play with my Sizzix die cutter and some super cute dies(our thanks to our friends at Sizzix!) that they have.

Deco Foil Holiday Tag Ornament Project

I am really loving the words.  I can see many uses for those handy little sayings. Along with the dies,

 Supplies needed:

Cut out your words with a sandwich of parchment paper and a piece  iCraft Deco Foil Hot Melt Adhesive  in the middle of it.

To make the tag, you can either use your Sizzix machine as well.  I actually used utility fabric and made a sandwich of the utility fabric and HeatnBond® Lite  in the center to add stability to the tag.  I just made a rectangle that was big enough to have the wording on it.  I then cut one end to have a point on it.  I punched a hole at the top to string the ribbon through.

I then used Aurifil 12wt thread in my machine and sewed around the edge of the tag.

After that, I organized my design that I cut with my Sizzix and ironed it in place.

I then cut my foil to cover the area of my   iCraft® Deco Foil™ Hot Melt Adhesive .

Iron in place and wait until it is completely cooled to remove your excess foil.

And there you have a pretty little addition to your presents or to your tree and

on the plus side, it didn’t take to long to finish up.
