I don’t know about your Mom, but my mom LOVES getting pictures of the kids for Mother’s Day.
I wanted to make a nice photo sleeve to send to her so the pictures would remain protected in the mail.
Start with a Cameo cut of the photo sleeve in Simple Stories Vintage Bliss patterned paper and Silhouette Chipboard. Layer the paper over the chipboard to add some stability.
Adhere with Therm O Web Sticky Dot Runner to adhere–it goes around curves like a breeze!
Again, use a Cameo cut to create a layered flower and use the Sticky Dot Runner to adhere the 3D elements together:
To add extra dimension, adhere the flower to the photo sleeve with Therm O Web’s 3D Zots:
For the flip side of the sleeve use a Simple Stories 4 x 6 transparency. Adhere with Therm O Web’s Vellum Runner:
It works so well you can’t see the adhesive!
Last but not least, attach a pretty trim! Use Therm O Web Sticky Lines on the side without the transparency to make sure the trim stays put, but not on the side with the transparency so you can still read the letters through the trim:
Finally make a cute coordinating card with the Simple Stories Vintage Bliss line (using Therm O Web Memory Runner, Sticky Lines and Zots) to send to your Mom for Mother’s Day!
We’d love for you to have a chance to create some of these items..so we’re giving away the new Simple Stories Vintage Bliss Collection Kit along with the Vintage Bliss Collection Kit!
