Instructions:
To make this shaker card I used Therm O Web 3D White Foam Sticky Strips. They are perfect because they can be cut down to the size you need.
Once I die cut the circles in the paper I adhered the acetate sheet using Therm O Web Sticky Dot Mini Runner. To keep the sequins in place and to give them room to move I adhered the strips around the circle opening.
I added some more foam stripst to the rest of the front panel for support. I adhered the flower using Therm O Web Zots™ Large.

Instructions:
For this card I used Therm O Web Sticky Dot Mini Runner to adhere the paper to the card. I added one of the small 3D Adhesive Squares to one of the die cut flowers to give it some dimension. I adhered the sequins and the flower using Therm O Web Zots™ Small.
