Hey friends! It’s Amanda from Twiddler’s Nook today, joining you for the super fun collaboration we’re having with Sassy & Crafty this week! I have two cards to share with you so let’s jump in!

Electro-Pop Neon Cards with Deco Foil

The products used on today’s projects were:
Deco Foil Rainbow Shattered Glass
Electro Pop Neon Flock Screamin’ Green
Deco Foil Transfer Gel
Stencil Pal
Pixie Spray
iCraft Foam Squares
iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive
Sassy & Crafty Have a Cow
Sassy & Crafty Hippie Patches
Sassy & Crafty Flower Child
Sassy & Crafty Spiral Shift stencil
Pink & Main Layered A2 Rectangle dies
Pink & Main Large Sentiment Strip dies
Trinity Stamps Nested Heart dies
Glossy Accents
Stickles

Let’s start things off by creating the awesome foiled trippy hippie card, shall we?!?

I started by taping my stencil to a piece of white cardstock and spread deco foil transfer gel all over it with my stencil pal. I set it aside to dry while I stamped my images and colored them with Copic markers.

Once it was dry, I ran it through my laminator with the rainbow shattered glass deco foil. I die-cut the panel with the largest A2 size rectangle. Then I stamped and heat embossed my sentiment, cutting it out with a sentiment banner. Now we’re ready to put everything together.

I laid everything out on my panel to make sure it would fit the way I wanted and started adhering things with a combination of ultra bond liquid adhesive and 3D foam squares. Once that was finished I trimmed the excess off the edges and adhered it to a card base.

Then I moved on to the finishing touches. I added glossy accents to the van windows and some spots on the side. Then I went in with Stickles on the stars and parts of the flowers.

This card turned out so cool and fitting for the theme. It was really fun to coordinate these products together and create a card that isn’t typically something I would try.

Now let’s take a look at that fun little moo-cow! I hope you like it!

You’ll find out quickly that I like to get messy in the craft room…especially inky! So for this card, I started by blending mowed lawn and twisted citron distress oxides on a white panel and spritzed it with water. While that was drying I sprayed my stencil with Pixie Spray to make sure those little pieces didn’t shift when I was applying my transfer gel. Once everything was ready I applied the transfer gel and set it aside to dry while I worked on the rest of the card.

I stamped and colored my images, then used the scan-n-cut to cut them out. I stamped a sentiment and trimmed it into a strip and fussy cut the word “herd.” I also die-cut a vellum heart for my images to go on. Then I ran my panel through the laminator with electro-pop neon flock and totally freaked out with excitement when it was finished! This is SO COOL in person!

I trimmed the flocked panel down to 4×5.25 inches and popped it up on a white card base with foam. Then I added foam squares to the back of my images and sentiments. I popped them on the vellum heart and then hid my liquid glue where those were so you wouldn’t see it through.

This card seriously just makes me so happy! I kept finishing touches to a minimum with just glossy accents on the cow’s bell. It’s too cute!

I hope you enjoyed my projects today and found a little inspiration to create something wonderful!

I appreciate you sharing your time with me. Have a fabulous day!
