Hi! It’s Amanda from Jedi Craft Girl! My favorite pumpkins are white pumpkins! So I created this quick little white pumpkin pillow to add some pumpkin pop to your home. I love the Deco Foil accent polka dots in gold paired with the wood grain fabric of the stem and the natural linen background. It just screams FALL!!
Let’s get started:
Supplies:
iCraft® Deco Foil™ Gold Transfer Sheets
iCraft® Deco Foil™ Hot Melt Adhesive Sheets
HeatnBond® Lite Fusible Adhesive Sheets
SpraynBond™ Basting Spray
1/2 yard natural linen/cotton blend fabric
white fabric for pumpkin
wood fabric for stem
18″ or longer zipper
16″ pillow form
Cut (2) 16″ squares out of the natural linen fabric.
Create the foil polka dots
Cut 1.5″ to 2″ circles out of the Deco Foil™ Hot Melt Adhesive Sheets.
Place the pumpkin pattern under the white fabric so you can see the pumpkin through it. Place the Deco Foil™ Adhesive circles randomly over the white fabric, making sure some of the circles are on the edges of the pumpkin.
Press the circles in place. Peel off the backing paper.
Cut pieces of Deco Foil™ in Gold out and place them over the circles. Place a pressing paper over the foil and heat for a few seconds. Let cool completely. Peel the excess foil off and whaaala….gold circles!
Cut out the pumpkin pattern and pin it to the white/gold dot fabric.
Cut the pumpkin shape. Trace the stem onto Heat n Bond® Lite or Ultra, iron it to the back of the stem fabric and peel off backing paper. Cut stem out. Position it as desired and press in place. 
Since you don’t want to press an iron to the foil circles, use Spray n Bond™ Basting Spray to adhere the pumpkin to the pillow fabric.
Once it’s positioned as desired, sew around the stem and pumpkin with straight stitch in dark taupe or brown thread. Add stem loops.
To finish the pillow, cut 16″ pillow back at 3″ and insert a zipper.
Or you can finish the pillow as desired. Once the zipper is inserted, place the pillow front and back right sides together and sew around the entire pillow. Turn right side out and insert pillow.
