Happy New Year!! (please say 2022 isn’t going to be like 2020 too?!)

We’re going to go into this new year with good thoughts, positivity and wishes for a healthy year for all of us! To help ring in the year…we have some cards that surely will do the job to bring all those wishes together!

Ring in the New Year with Glitz Glitter Gel & Deco Foil Cards

Hi, this is Ellen. I have two fun sparkling projects today! Glitz Glitter Gel and foils can spice up your New Years’ cards; let me explain.

On the first, I used one of the Brutus Monroe Toner Sheets (Really Radiant) with the Purple Sketch Foil Transfer Sheets.

Foil can be transferred with Deco Foil adhesives or Toner Sheets. Cut a piece of foil slightly larger than the design. Place foil, color side up, on top of the printed side of the design. Place inside the folded parchment paper (enclosed). Let your laminator get really warm. When ready, insert folded parchment paper with the project into the laminator using the crease as the lead edge. At the end, you remove the project from the parchment paper. Peel foil transfer sheet away to reveal the foiled design. Now it’s time to ink it up.

After the background is made, it’s time to apply all pieces. For this used 3D Foam (white foam squares and black foam tape).

Foil is not all, we have Glitz Glitter Gel too…

First, you have to ink up the background. Then you take out your favorite stencil and apply the gel. You can use the stencil pall to spread the Glitter Gel evenly.

Both, foil and glitter gel, really makes the most stunning projects.
