Hello everyone!! It’s Ellen here and I’m so excited to share my post for this inspiration week. The ThermOWeb team had to pick someone else project and make something new.

Well, I choose two cards Larissa made for my inspiraton projects.

Flower Mug Card

The first card was inspired by the card on the picture on the left (you can see the blogpost and more pictures by clicking here). I love how Larissa creatively used a mug die as a flower pot. It must taken her so much time to die cut all these pretty flowers! Next to that, she used the most pretty colors on this card too… Well, let’s see what I made with this design.

The card looks very similar, but I created a card with bigger flowers and a night scene…

I used flock for the flowers. I transferred the flock on foam as I always do. Did you know there are very helpful videos on the ThermOWeb YouTube channel? They tell you very clearly how you can use all products. See here the video about Flock.

Just as the mug on the card from Larissa, I used Toner Card Fronts and Deco Foil. Just as the Flock, you can find a good explanation on the YouTube channel for the Toner Card Fronts (find the video by clicking here).

As the last step, I added the sentiment (it says in Dutch “Especially for the birthday boy/girl”). For the word “Jarige” (= birthday boy/girl) I used the Wild Dandelion foil.

I really love how the card turned out. I even love the card so much that I had to make another card.

Mouse Shaker Mug Card

Also on the second card, I was inspired by Larissa (you can see the blogpost and more pictures by clicking here). On this card, she created a shaker card with one of the Toner Card Fronts. A little cute critter is peeking out of the mug.  I just love Larissa’s creativity in creating these pretty scenes and using so many different products from ThermOWeb!

I thought the critter coming out of the mug was the cutest idea. That’s why I started looking in my stash for something that was fitting.

I found a cooking mouse and made them in the flock. After applying the flock on the foam and cutting all elements I applied ink. Adding ink on all pieces gives more shading to the critter.

Next, I transferred the red foil on the Dainty Hearts Toner Card Front.

Did you ever tried to remake a project? It’s a great way to give your cards a new look. Come back tomorrow and see more inspiration!
