Hi everyone! Jen Chesnick from SayChez.com here with you today with another Halloween Layout! This time I used Bella Blvd and the new Glitter Dust™ Deco Frames. The circle background was my jumping off point for the Scalloped Circles frames.
I strung a line using twine and attached my “tags” with clothes pins. I popped up the Deco Frames using 3D Foam Squares. Aren’t they pretty?
Supplies Used: Sticky Dot Mini Runner, 3D Foam Squares 1/4″, 3D Foam Squares 1/2″, 3D Foam Strips & Deco Frames in Purple.
