Rainbow Card with Deco Foil Flock and Foil Featuring the Laura Kelly Collection

I just love the adorable and whimsical designs of this collection! I began this card by stamping and coloring images from the Me & My Peeps and Kindness on Purpose stamp sets. I added details with a white gel pen and fussy-cut the images.

Foiling a Background

I chose the Wacky Waves Toner Sheets to create a background for my card. Using my laminator, I applied Red Wagon Deco Foil to the toner sheet.

Creating Fluffy Clouds

I wanted to add some texture to my card, so I die-cut White Latte Flock with some cloud dies. I trimmed the stamped clouds from my rainbow image and adhered two of the clouds in their place with the Ultra Bond Adhesive Pen.

To create a scene for my images, I blended a panel of Bristol paper with distress inks: Salty Ocean for the sky and a combination of Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, and Rustic Wilderness for the grass. I secured a grass stencil over the panel before blending with the greens. For the grass in the foreground, I blended a strip of Bristol paper with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn and die-cut it with a border die. I die-cut both pieces with a stitched rectangle die.

After trimming down the foiled panel, I adhered it to a white card with the Memory Tape Runner XL. I affixed the ink-blended panel with the tape runner and attached the grass with the Jumbo Foam Tape Roll. I arranged my images onto my card, adhering them with a combination of 3D Foam Squares and Ultra Bond Adhesive Pen. To finish the card, I stamped a sentiment from Me & My Peeps in black.
