Enjoy gift card holder by Daniela Dobson
Therm O Web supplies:
Therm O Web Sticky Tape Mini Runner™
iCraft Adhesive™ Tape 1/4 IN
iCraft Easy Cut Adhesive™ Sheets LG
Other supplies:
Impression Obsession dies, Elle’s Studio patterned paper, white cardstock, glitter, Photo frame from Michaels, watercolor paintings by Daniela Dobson.
Instructions:
1. Die cut gift card holder from white cardstock.
2. Die cut “enjoy” at the top front of the gift card holder.
3. Adhere a piece of white cardstock to Easy-cut Adhesive sheet, peel top layer and apply glitter. Glitter will stick to the adhesive. Use your finger to lightly burnish the glitter into the adhesive and tap off the excess. Cut the piece of glittered cardstock to fit on the inside of the gift card holder and adhere it to the front piece of the gift card holder.
4. Adhere a piece of patterned paper to the back of the gift card holder using Mini Tape Runner. Adhere the flaps of the gift card holder with iCraft Adhesive Tape.
5. Adhere a piece of patterned paper to Easy-cut Adhesive sheet and die cut a scalloped border. Adhere the border to the front of the gift card holder. Add ribbon and button with twine.
Note: I tucked in a little Starbucks gift card for a friend. In addition, I used watercolor for these little paintings and tucked one into a dollar frame from Michaels.
The little paintings are 2 1/2 x 3, but you can make them any size that you need to fit a frame you have.
