Pennants, banners, and flags are everywhere in paper crafts lately. They are just so fun and lighthearted, it’s hard not to feel happy when you see them. For this spring layout flags were the answer.
I created this layout in just a few minutes using paper scraps to create the flags. I overlapped the flags to create a small border and attached them with Therm O Web Large Zots. You could even pop up your flags on the top layer with Therm O Web 3D Foam Squares to create some dimension.
The cute butterflies were adhered with Small Zots. The center photo and mat were raised up with 3D Foam Squares.
