New Fuse Gel, Fancy Foils, and Deco Foil used to make Romantic Cards!

Hello Crafty Friends! Today I will be using one of Therm O Web’s Designer’s Lines to make my cards! Gina K Designs has a new Fuse Foiling Gel and new colors of Fancy Transfer Foils! I love all the new colors! I will show you how to use the Fuse Foiling Gel with a stencil and will be using a few of her new Fancy Transfer Foil colors!

For the first card I used the new Gina K Design’s Fuse Foiling Gel with the new Modern Hydrangea 3-piece Stencil Set. I wanted to use the new Emerald Coast Fancy Transfer Foil for the color of the stems.

First, I put my paper on Gina K Designs Sticky Mat (free gift with Sending Flowers Kit) and then laid the third stencil down. I secured it with Pixie Tape and then used my Deco Foil Stencil Pal to spread a thin even coat of Fuse Foiling Gel over all the open spaces, trying to leave it as smooth as possible. One done, I carefully remove the Pixie Tape, stencil and set the card to the side to dry! Once it is all clear it is ready to foil!

I was very surprised how fast it became clear! I put my foil (shiny side up) over the clear stenciled area, put it in my Carrier Sheet and ran it through my Fuse Foiling Machine on level 4!

After this you can carefully peel away the foil! After that you can set up again and finish the rest of the stenciling with ink without disrupting the foil. Matter of fact, if you wanted too, you could foil each stencil layer a different foil color!

For the strip at the bottom of the card, I used the Poly-Glazed Flourish sheet that came with the Fuse Foiling Machine and foiled it with I then added the rest of the pieces and arranged my card using ICraft memory tape and my ICraft foam squares for dimension and interest.

For my second card I used items from Gina K’s Design, Sending Flowers Card Kit (It is sold out, but will be available separately). I wanted to do a center step card and feature the watering can from the Sending Flowers stamp set! I foiled a heart in the new Dusty Rose Fancy Transfer Foil color. I also added some foiled flowers and leaves from Gina K’s Flower Medley Poly-Glaze Foiling Sheets (add-on to the kit)! I used these new Fancy Foiling colors, Dusty Rose, Red Hot and Fresh Asparagus for the flowers and leaves! I used “You Make Me So Grateful” from the sentiment sheet and I used the new Lemon Drop Fancy Foil!

I had an amazing time using the new Fuse Foiling Gel and using the new Fancy Transfer Foil Colors, as well as Gina K’s new Sending Flowers Card Kit, which will be available soon separately!
