Mother’s Day Cards using NEW Unity Toner Card Fronts and Maker Forte Foils!

Hello Crafty Friends!!
Larissa here today to share a set of cards using some of the NEW Unity Toner Card Fronts!!
SWOON!! These are just BEAUTIFUL and so FUN to color, but there are so MANY ways you can use them!! We’ll be Showcasing them ALL Week on the Blog!!

My First 2 Cards Started by using the NEW Unity Toner Card Fronts ~ Rosy Days!! I wanted to create a Two-Toned Deco Foiled Design!! I LOVE this technique and hope my Projects will INSPIRE you to give it a try!!

I Started by Cutting some of the Amethyst Watercolor Deco Foil in Shapes large enough to cover the Rose Images!! Then I used some Washi Tape to help keep them in place!!

Next, I cut a Large piece of Emerald Deco Foil Large enough to cover the Entire Toner Card Fronts and ran it through my Laminating Machine!! (TIP: I use a Minc Machine and I like to use a Cardstock Shim as a base inside my Parchment Paper Folder to help add some stability when Foiling!! I also like to use the #4 Setting when Foiling the Toner Card Fronts)

SWOON!! This is what the Toner Card Fronts look like once removed from the Laminating Machine!! You could use them just like this and they’d be BEAUTIFUL!! I wanted to step them up a notch though by Coloring the entire Panel with Copic Markers!!

Copic Markers Used:
Roses: V000, V01, V15 & V09 Leaves: G20, YG61 & YG67
Background: BG000, BG11

Next, I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment “Happy Mom Day” from the NEW Unity Stamps Graciellie Designs You Go Girl Stamp Set!! I Die Cut 2 Circles, one from White Cardstock and one from Salt Water Taffy Cardstock using the Trinity Stamps Embossed Edge Circle Stack Die Set!! I Stamped with Milled Lavender Distress Oxide Ink and Embossed with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Ink!! I adhered the Circle together using Ultra Bond Adhesive and then adhered it to the Card Panel using some Gina K. Designs Foam Tape!!

To finish off the design I added a few Trinity Stamps Fairy Rocks Rhinestone Embellishments using some Zots Bing Adhesive Dots!! SWOON!! These are PERFECT for ANY deserving Mother this Mother’s Day!!

My Second Card showcases the NEW Unity Toner Card Fronts ~ Wild Garden and the NEW Maker Forte Deco Foil ~ Sunrise Lake!!

I started by cutting a Piece of the NEW Maker Forte Deco Foil ~ Sunrise Lake large enough to cover the NEW Unity Stamps Toner Card Front ~ Rosy Days!! Then I ran it through my Laminating Machine!!

SWOON!! Here’s what the Toner Card Front looks like after it’s been Laminated!! You could use this Panel just as is, but I wanted to step it up a notch by coloring it with Copic Markers!!

Copic Markers Used:
Flowers: RV00, R81, R83 & R85 Leaves: YG61 & YG67
Yellow Flowers: Y11, Y15 & YR23 Background: BG000, BG11

Next, I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment “Happy Birthday” from the NEW Unity Stamps Sentiment Kit …In My Thoughts, Girl Stamp Set!! I Cut a piece of Salt Water Taffy Cardstock then Stamped it with WoW Embossing Ink and Embossed with WoW Bright White Embossing Ink!! Then I adhered it to the Card Panel using some Gina K. Designs Foam Tape!!

To finish off the design I added a few Trinity Stamps Fairy Rocks Rhinestone Embellishments using some Zots Bing Adhesive Dots!! SWOON!! The photos don’t do this Card Design justice, the Foiling is just STUNNING in real life!!
