Mix It Up for Mother’s Day Cards with Deco Foil Clear Toner Sheets Instructions:

For my first card, I’m using the Deco Foil Clear Toner Sheets Floral Sketch and some Deco Foil Toner Sheets.  I LOVE Shaker Cards and wanted to show how EASY it can be to use these for both a Base element and a Focal element!!

I started by Die Cutting the Base from both the Clear Toner Sheet and the Toner Sheet and then I chose 4 Colors of Deco Foil Transfer Sheets in Jade, Lilac, Spring Green and Pink Melon.

I cut the Foil Sheets into pieces and used Purple Tape to adhere them in place on to the Deco Foil Clear Toner Sheets Floral Sketch. The goal is to create a Multi-Colored Foil Design.

Then Run it through your Laminating Machine on a piece of Cardstock wrapped in a piece of Parchment Paper. This helps to support it and to make sure that the heat is evenly applied.

The next step is to assemble your Shaker Card. I used the Sticky Strips Black to create my foam frame for the shaker elements to move inside the Card!!

I wanted to make the background flow with the colorful Foiled Flower Design so I chose a subtle patterned paper and used Distress Inks in Twisted Citron, Lucky Clover, Wilted Violet and Worn Lipstick to Ink in the areas of the Foiled Images. Some water splatters add some beautiful texture.

Then I added a mixture of Gems and Sequins for the shaker elements. A Stamped and Embossed Sentiment onto Banners finishes off the Design.

THANKS SO MUCH for stopping by today and I hope you feel INSPIRED to give this Layered Foiled Technique a try and to combine it with other Therm O Web Products!!?? If you create something I hope you’ll share it with us on social media using the #thermoweb and #deofoil as we LOVE to see what you create!!

Have a FABULOUS Week!!
