For this theme, I thought it would be fun to make birthday cards. In my opinion, these are the most typical type of guy cards I would send out.

Masculine Birthday Cards with Deco Foil Flock and Glitz Glitter Gel

On both cards, I used a lot of  Deco Foil flock.

You can add the flock on your cards using different techniques (using Deco Foil Transfer Gel DUO, Blanco or Foam Adhesive Sheets). My favorite technique is using foam adhesive.

To start, I cut out the different shapes from White Foam double-sided adhesive. Then I used my die cutting machine to apply the Deco Foil Flock on top of the White Foam Double-Sided adhesive.

Next, I used the new Deco Foil Adhesive Transfer Designs. Did I tell you already I’m in LOVE with this product?! I used a scissor to cut the desired design from your Adhesive Transfer Sheet. I positioned the transfer on white paper (printed side up).

Next, I placed the paper sandwich in a folded Deco Foil Craft & Carrier Sheet. After you put it through the laminator, you do that again with the foil on top (find here an explanatory video).

I used also some foil to create the glasses my card. I used a laminator to apply the foil onto the Deco Foil Toner sheet (find here a video to see how you can do that).As I shared you can add flock using different techniques.  On this card, I used the Deco Foil Transfer Gel DUO however you can also use Deco Foil Transfer Gel Blanco.

I did add the Deco Foil Transfer Gel DUO across the stencil using the Deco Foil Stencil Pal. When the gel was dry (until it was completely clear) I cover the gel/design with Deco Foil Transfer Foil or Flock Sheet. I placed the sandwich inside a folded piece of parchment paper and run through a hot laminator.

I added some extra glitters on the background too using some Glitz Glitter Gel.
