Hello Crafty Friends!!
Larissa here today to share some MAGICAL Fairytale Snowflake Cards using the NEW Deco Foil color and a FUN Stenciled Technique so you can create TONS of cards with ZERO waste!!

Magical Snowflake Cards

SWOON!! Aren’t they BEAUTIFUL!!?? They remind me of the Northern Lights with the AMAZING Iridescent Shine of the Foils!! Here’s how I created them!!

Stencil the Snowflakes

I Started by Stenciling the Large Snowflake onto the Card Panels!! I Sprayed the backside of the Taylored Expressions Winter’s Beauty Stencil with some Pixie Spray!! Then I adhered it over the center of my Card Panel and pressed it in place!! Next, I used the Stencil Pal to apply a Thin Layer of Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo and removed the Stencil!! I set the Panels aside to Dry completely!!

Once the Stenciled Panel was completely Dry, I placed the NEW Glass Slipper Deco Foil over the Stenciled Snowflake and ran it through my Laminating Machine!! (You can also run it through your Die Cutting Machine too) I removed the Negative Deco Foil Sheet and set it aside for the Next Card!!

I Die Cut a Concord & 9th Snow Flurry Die and Die Cut a Flocked Snowflake!! I used the iCraft Easy-Cut Adhesive to apply the Blue Sky Deco Foil Flock Sheets to a Piece of Cardstock!! Then burnished it to the Cardstock using my Die Cutting Machine!! Then I Die Cut the Snowflake and Inked the Edges of the Snowflake with some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink!!

Next, I Die Cut the Simon Says Stamp Marie Snowflake from some of the NEW Prince Periwinkle Deco Foil that I laminated to a piece of Deco Foil Toner Sheet using my Laminating Machine!!

Ink the Edges

I inked the edges of the Card Panel with some Peacock Feather’s Distress Oxide Ink and then added the Paint Splatters!! I adhered to the Blue Sky Flocked Snowflake Die to the Center of the Foiled Snowflake using some 3D Foam Sticky Strips and then adhered the Prince Periwinkle Deco Foiled Marie Snowflake with a Small piece of 3D Foam layering them all together!!

I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment using some WoW Bright White Embossing Powder and adhered it to the Snowflake!! I also Inked the Flaps of some Taylored Expressions Sprinkles A2 Envelops using the Gina K Designs Stamp-n-Stencil Wishing You Joy Stencil and some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Inks!! Such a BEAUTIFUL Presentation for an equally BEAUTIFUL Magical Fairytale Snowflake Card!!

Use the Negative Foil Piece For More Cards

For the next card, I used the Negative Foil Piece and created a Double Foiled Card!! SWOON!! I LOVE this technique and the fact that there’s ZERO Waste!! You can use EVERY inch of Product and MASS Produce the most AMAZING Cards for those Winter or Holiday Cards you may need to create!!

Place the Negative Foil Piece over the Top of a piece of Deco Foil Toner Sheet and run it through your Laminating Machine!!

Remove the Protective Film and then place a piece of the Enchanted Rose Deco Foil over the Snowflake and run it through the Laminating Machine!!
I removed the Protective Film and Die Cut the Panel using a Stitched Rectangle Die and then added some Black Soot and Picket Fence Distress Paint Splatters!! I adhered the Blue Sky Flocked Snowflake Die to the Center of the Foiled Snowflake using some 3D Foam Sticky Strips and then adhered the Prince Periwinkle Deco Foiled Marie Snowflake with a Small piece of 3D Foam layering them all together!!

For the Next Card, it’s exactly the same process only this time your using the Negative Enchanted Rose Foil and adhering it to the Deco Foil Toner Sheet!!

Run it through your Laminating Machine!!

Then place a piece of the NEW Glass Slipper Deco Foil over the Top of the Snowflake and run it through your Laminating Machine!!
SWOON!! Just look at the results!! It just makes you HAPPY!! Can you IMAGINE the HAPPY DANCE I’m doing over here!!?? HEHEHEHE!!

I repeated the same steps as the other Cards and again I end up with another AMAZING Card using ALL of the leftover pieces with ZERO Waste!! You can CONTINUE this process for as many cards as you need to create because you’re always going to have a Negative Piece leftover!! So you can continue to use the exact same colors, or mix it up every time for a completely different look!! The options are ENDLESS!!
