Hi there this is Jenifer here with you today to share this Christmas quilt and pillow that I made using the I love Christmas fabric from Blend. I am so excited to be getting started with my Christmas decorating early and this quilt is the perfect touch.
The quilt is a free pattern from AGF called Palisades and it is perfect to show off these beautiful fabrics.

As you can see I used one of the beautiful reindeer’s from the panel fabrics, he was just too cute to not showcase.
For my pillow, I used the Santa from the big panel and a section from the smaller panel from the back to tie everything in. This pillow is large measuring 24″x 24″ I didn’t have a pillow form in my stash this size so of course, I decided to make my own with supplies I had on hand.
Step 1: cut a piece of StitchNSew™ Pattern material and StitchNSew™ Sew in Fleece in your desired size + 1″, to cover your 1/2″ seam allowances. I cut mine at 25″x 25″.
Step 2: layer the fleece and pattern material on top of each other and sew, leaving a 5″ opening on one side.
Step 3: Turn your pillow form right side out and stuff with stuffing. I used 3/4 of a large bag of stuffing to fill my pillow form. Once stuffed then sew opening.
Step 4: Enjoy your new pillow form and enjoy making your own in any size you may need.
[…] you know anything about me you know I LOVE Cori Dantini fabrics. I made this quilt and pillow last year and with some of the leftover fabrics, I was able to make this fun advent pillow to go with it. […]
