I created this fun little tote bag that is perfect for trips to the Farmer’s Market, a Spring Break road trip, or for gathering up Easter eggs!!

The bag is made with canvas and HeatnBond® Fusible Fleece so it’s extra sturdy.

I put all the instructions in a PDF that you can download.  Click HERE.

The bunny is appliquéd with HeatnBond™ Lite Fusible Adhesive.

IMG_0682I used SpraynBond® Basting Spray to help position the bag bottom, since it’s top stitched on.

The handles in this pattern are on the shorter side, to make them longer, add about 4-6 inches to the length.  They are 3.5″ x WOF, then folded in half, sewn with a 1/4″ seam and turned.IMG_0674

To get the look of the handles going down the bag, I tucked them into the bag bottom before top stitching, then top stitched the handles.  All the details are in the printable pattern 🙂IMG_0675Of course it’s my new favorite bag!!
DSC_0632DSC_0638The lining also matches the bag and gives it a nice finished feel.IMG_0684

These would be fun gifts to sew for friends or for children at Easter!

This is a great project with instructions. I was just looking for a good bunny silhouette. Thank you!
