Valentine Table Runner Instructions

Print the Hearts and Kisses Pattern.

Trace out two Hearts and two Xs onto the HeatnBond Lite.

Iron them onto the wrong side of the coordinating fabrics.

Trim around the X’s and Hearts.  Remove the backing and press them to the white background piece.  This one was created so that from either side there would be a heart turned the right way and then one upside down.  (This was just my preference.)

Next, cut 2 – 2 1/2″ x 9″ border pieces from the Red Fabric.  Sew the borders on opposite ends of the Hearts and Kisses piece.

Then, cut 2 – 2 1/2″ x 31 1/2″ border pieces from the Floral Fabric.  Sew the borders on the top and bottom of the Hearts and Kisses piece.

Iron the HeatnBond High Loft Fusible Fleece to the wrong side of the backing fabric.  Make a quilt sandwich, layer the backing, fleece, and top together.

Applique stitch around the Hearts and X’s.

Finish quilting as desired.  Trim, Bind, and Enjoy!
