Hello crafty friends! Today I’m sharing three spooky-fun Halloween projects made with lots of my favorite Therm O Web products. Each project features a different way to use foil — from Toner Card Fronts to Fuse Foiling Gel — all brought together with plenty of color, sparkle, and Halloween magic!

Project 1: “Trick or Treat” Ticket
For my first project, I created a festive ticket with the words “Trick or Treat,” where each letter shines in a different color. I combined:
- Deco Foil Transfer Sheets – Peach Princess (bright orange)
- Deco Foil Transfer Sheets – Prince Periwinkle (vibrant purple-blue)
- Green glitter paper and orange/green cardstock for extra contrast
To add the foil, I used the Toner Card Fronts – Solid Black.

Here’s how to apply foil with Toner Card Fronts:
- Cut a piece of Deco Foil slightly larger than your design.
- Place the foil (shiny side up) over the solid black toner sheet.
- Insert the layers into a carrier or parchment sheet and run them through your laminator.
- Peel back the foil slowly to reveal your beautiful, shiny letters!

To finish the ticket, I added an adorable bunny dressed as a ghost. I used Gina K. Designs Plush Papers and adhered them to a Foam Adhesive Sheet to give the bunny a soft, fuzzy texture and a touch of dimension.
Project 2: Vampire Fox Treat Box
Next, I made a little Halloween box featuring a fox dressed as a vampire — because even foxes deserve to dress up! This time, I wanted to experiment with Fuse Foiling Gel to create my foil effect.

Here’s how to use Fuse Foiling Gel:
- Apply the gel through a stencil or with a palette knife over your surface (you can tape the stencil down with ‘Pixie Tape Roll’).
- Let it dry completely until it becomes clear (this step is important!).
- Place your Deco Foil sheet on top, shiny side up.
- Run it through your laminator or hot foil machine.
The result is a beautiful, slightly raised foiled texture that catches the light — perfect for a vampire-themed project!
I also gave the little fox his soft fur using the same Gina K. Designs Plush Paper + Foam Adhesive Sheet combo. It adds so much cozy dimension!

Project 3: Witchy Cat Card
For the final project, I made a Halloween card featuring a witch cat and her bubbling cauldron — and yet another way to use foil! This time, I used the Toner Card Fronts – Autumn Vibes Sentiments.

How to use them:
- Trim your chosen design to size.
- Place your favorite Deco Foil Transfer Sheet over the design.
- Insert the layers into a carrier sheet and run them through your laminator.
- Peel off the foil to reveal perfectly foiled sentiment!
The shimmer of the foil adds just the right touch of magic — ideal for a witchy Halloween scene!

I had so much fun mixing different Therm O Web techniques and products for these Halloween projects. Each one shows a unique way to play with foil, texture, and dimension — and together they make one shiny, spooky, and totally adorable Halloween collection!
I hope these projects inspire you to try out new foiling techniques this Halloween season. Add a little shine, a little sparkle, and a whole lot of fun!
