I used Saltwater – Large & Medium Journaling Tags for the album. There is a mixture of 3×4 and 4×6 tags. I made them all 3×4. I used Sticky Dot Mini Runner to adhere all the main elements down, including photos and tags. I added 3D Foam Squares to other tags and photos.
