Game Night Scrapbook Layout with Deco Foil

By Heather Collins

Last my kid signed up for Marching Band, something they had been looking forward to for as long as I can remember. Because of Covid, it was an interesting year and because of this, they were only allowed to play one football night. Only one parent was allowed to go and watch them too. Because I got a flat tire my husband was able to go.

But the car play replaced my tire in enough time to make the halftime show. But I had to watch from the hillside in the trees with other parents. I am so glad for the experience and the night even if was “different “.

To start this project I first took my iCraft Decofoil Foil Toner Sheets, cut it in half, and ran through my laminator and with iCraft Deco Foil Transfer Foil Gold and Red”  I cut a 1/4” bigger than my photos.  I cut out various hearts with the red also.  And cut out the letters for “Game Night!” Using the gold.

This scrapbook layout is perfect for those papers you don’t want to cut much off.  On the one side I added 2” strip, but only showing 1”. And added a layer of 1” glitter paper but only showing 1/4”.  I used Gina K Designs Terrific Tape 1/4 on the back so that I don’t get any warping under my photos.  In the one picture, I used Gina K Designs Double-sided Adhesive Foam Tape-White.

To finish this project I used the iCraft Ultra Bond Permanent Dries Clear Adhesive Pen to attach the hearts, letters, and everything else.

Products used:
