Let’s pull out your scraps of paper, fabric and ribbons and lets make a fun foiled heart banner.

Can you see all of the beautiful foiled detail ? Â I embossed the foiled foam and I absolutely LOVE the beautiful detail I got.
Cut out a heart shape on a piece of card stock and a piece of foam. Â Apply the foil to the foam heart. Â Apply the foam to the card stock and emboss as desired.
Layer with doilies, fabric scraps and more foiled hearts until you get the desired look. Â Tie the hearts together with cute silk ribbon bows and hang.
