Clean and simple, that is how this layout is best described. By keeping it clean and simple, the shimmer of the DecoFoils and the Glitz Glitter Gel shine.
Red DecoFoil Toner sheets make the eeriest blood drippings when combined with the Ink Blot Shop Drips & Splatters Stencil. Duo Gel dries in no time and you have two options for application; laminator OR your manual die cut machine. My laminator allows me to run 12×12 layouts through it, so that is my preference, thus being able to work on a full sheet of cardstock without having to cut my paper and piece it together.
The title of this layout, “Hey, I’ve Got Eyes on You” spans across two Ink Blot Shop Tags & Tape Address Blocks that are stamped on patterned paper. The word “hey” is black Glitz Glitter Gel applied through the top half of the Giant Hey You stencil from Ink Blot Shop. Rather than using the “plain” tape, I glammed things up a bit and made foil tape. Literally. By using Peel ‘n Stick Toner Sheets, the adhesive is already present! Quick and easy!
And, let’s not forget the main “theme”, the eyes! By stamping two of the many different face options from the Funny Faces stamp set and fussy cutting them, I have the many sets of eyes peering out at me, much akin to the glaring teen death look in the photo, don’t you think?! LOL!
It’s much easier to SEE how the product is used and comes together, in my opinion. So be sure to click on the video below for detailed instructions on how the amazing Duo gel and Toner sheets work when combined with the goodness of the Ink Blot Shop stamps and stencils. Stick around to watch each of those elements get combined into a fun Halloween layout!
Thanks for stopping in today! – Suzanna
