Dream Big Card with Brutus Monroe and Deco Foil

Hello everyone!  Today I am sharing how I created this simple card with the Dreamcatching stamp set from Brutus Monroe.

Dream Big Dreamcatcher Card with Deco Foil Instructions:

I began by stamping the larger feather images with DecoFoil Transfer Gel and a sponge applicator.  I gently applied the Transfer Gel to my stamp and then stamped it on white cardstock from Gina K Designs.

Once it dried for about an hour, I covered the feathers with Amber Watercolor Deco Foil and ran it through my laminator.

Then I broke out my watercolors and lightly added some color to the foiled images. Then I fussy cut out each shape.

While that way drying, I stamped the tiny stars and sentiment from the stamp set onto my card base with the Brutus Monroe Detail Ink in Raven.  Then I added in some gold mist splatters.

Finally, I popped my feathers and dreamcatcher off the card base with some 3D Foam Squares.  I added a few sequins from Brutus Monroe, too, to add a finishing touch!

I love the way the foil shines through the watercolors!
