Deco Foil and Glitter Dust Frames – A Perfect Match!

Hi there! The three projects I’m sharing today all have one thing in common – they combine Deco Foil™ with Glitter Dust™ Deco Frames for a big burst of shimmer. The combination of shiny foil with the sparkle of the frames really complement each other.

The first one is a tag cut from an aqua cardboard shoebox. I loved the color of the box and thought it would be perfect with the color of the foil and frames.

The outer frame was die cut from new iCraft® Deco Foil™ Adhesive Foam and then a glittered Glitter Dust™ Deco Frame was adhered to the center. The center was punched from a leftover card from a pocket scrapbooking kit. This would be a fun tag to dress up an gift.

The only thing I found about Deco Foil™ is that it can be a challenge to photograph with the amazing foil finish! So that part was a bit tricker to show the foil. This anniversary card features a large die cut number from  iCraft®Deco Foil Adhesive Foam with a silver glittered frame. The silver is beautiful in person… hoping you get the idea from these photos.

The last project is a cake slice box – perfect for a shower or wedding favor.

There is a round glitter frame on top of the box and just a hint of Deco Foil™ surrounding the die cut heart on the tag. For this, a thin line of liquid Deco Foil™ adhesive was drawn around the heart, allowed to dry, and then the Deco Foil was added. It was a simple step that makes a big impact.
