Christmas may be over and Valentine’s Day is just around the corner.
That doesn’t mean we can’t take a few moments (or in this case days!lol) to revisit, catch up and maybe scrapbook a few things from the 2012 holidays.
We’re celebrating the season with amazing products from our friends at Die Cuts With a View. We invite you to catch up on some of your holiday memories this week and join us!

For a bit of a different take on a mini album, try using pre-fab boxed cards and envelopes for the base of your album. It’s quick and easy, and I love the staggered page sizes you get by alternating a card base with an envelope.
Simply layer blank card bases with their matching envelopes. Using an 1/8″ hole punch, punch holes about 1″ up and 1″ down on the inside of each card base along the fold line. Open the flap of the envelopes and punch holes along the fold line to match the card bases when all layered together. To get my holes evenly matched, I laid a card onto the open envelope and marked my holes with a pencil dot.
Dress up your pages with patterned papers, trims, cardstock stickers, and of course photos.
Since there isn’t a lot of extra room for journaling, I created pockets behind my photos in which to slide journaling tags. This is easy to do by only applying adhesive to three sides of your photo. To give a bit of dimension to your album without adding too much extra bulk, try adhering the cardstock stickers with Therm O Web 1/2″ Zots Clear Adhesive Dots.
When you have completed your pages, thread them together with baker’s twine for the binding.
As promised we’re sharing more photos from outside our Therm O Web booths of some of our and hopefully your favorite companies!
