Hello there! We are featuring cards this week and I was assigned Get Well theme. I don’t know about you, but when I receive a Get Well Card, I much prefer to have a happy, cheery card. What better way to make someone feel a little bit better, than to send them a little blinged out card. Deco Foil™ was just the “bling” I needed to bring life to this card.
I used the iCraft® Deco Foil™ Liquid Adhesive to create this stenciled background on vellum. I love the dimension it added to the card. The sentiment was made using a laser printer and a laminator with a small piece of Gold Deco Foil™. To hold all the layers together I used my favorite Small Zots™.

March 20, 2015 at 7:32 pm (10 years ago)I’m making a special Mother’s Day card for my mom using some Barn Door color swap stuff from a scrappy group I’m part of. She’s not well and her birthday is in July, so ruby is her color. Just in case…. Also giving the Write Home group a go. they send decorated blank cards to military. My son has recently joined the Navy, so my heart has been pulled even more.
