Hello! It’s Christmas In July and I’m using some beautiful products from Therm O Web and Gina K Designs today! I love the Gina K Stamp N Foil sets! I used the Holly Jolly sets today! I created the ornaments, poinsettias and holly by foiling the images and using the stamp set to add color and then die cut them out.
I found the process that worked best for me was to foil the images first and then stamp them with ink. You can die cut them first and then foil, but stamping was easier if I cut a wide area around it, deco foiled and then stamped the color onto it.
So in the end, I cut out the images leaving extra room around them to allow for the magnets to hold them in place, foiled, stamped and then die cut.
And the stamps are super easy to line up… I just choose an area that is unique like to line up and everything else falls into place.
I prepared a bunch of images and you’ll see the ones I didn’t use for today on another card soon!
Next I deco foiled the snowflake toner card front from the Blizzard pack with some turquoise deco foil and die cut it with a stitched rectangle die.
Then I die cut the Princess Circle die from vellum and adhered it to the front.
Finally I deco foiled a sheet of sentiments from the Merry Moments pack and die cut it with a banner die and popped all of the pieces onto the deco foiled panel.
