Camp More Scrapbook Layout

I am so excited to share my Camping Week layout with you featuring Deco Foil, flock, and Photoplay Paper products! I started this layout with a sheet of woodgrain cardstock and added some of the Blanco Transfer Gel through a stencil diagonally across my background. I actually messed up the first one- view the video below to see my whoopsie moment! When I finally got my gears in order, I ran it through my laminating machine with the Maker Forte Snow White foil for some added shimmer on those stars!

Then I also worked on cutting all my photos into circles with my manual die-cutting machine and then cutting bigger circles behind my photos with some of the patterned papers in the Camping with my Gnomies collection by Photoplay Paper. I attached the patterned papers with my Memory XL tape runner and then used the 3D foam tape roll to pop up the photos from my page for some dimension.

Next, I focused on my embellishments. I cut some trees out of an older die set I’ve had in my stash for a while out of the Emerald Green Flock. I left the Flock as-is and didn’t worry about transferring to easy-cut adhesive or anything as I just used my tape runner to attach them to my page. If you wanted the entire back sticky you could die cut the flock and adhere to easy-cut adhesive or the 3D foam adhesive sheets for some dimension!

In keeping with my fuzzy-flock theme, I pulled out my stamp set by Photoplay called Reely Great Guy, which features all kinds of fishing items! Since some of my photos were of my boys fishing while camping, I thought it would be great to throw on some stamped/die cut/flocked fish!

First I stamped with black StazOn ink on the Sky Blue and Orange Glow flock but then realized that my black Archival ink worked much better on the flock so I switched to that. I ran them through my manual die cutting machine with the coordinating die set that goes with the stamp and out came fuzzy little cute fishies to scatter about my page! I again attached them with my memory tape runner.

Then I finished it off by stamping my Camp More letters onto two of the patterned papers from the Photoplay collection which I had attached to 3D foam adhesive sheets before die cutting. I just love the dimension the 3D foam adhesive gives these letters and it’s so easy to peel the backing off them and stick them right to your page! I added the Worry Less to the title on the bottom portion with some Elle’s Studio letters and then just finished adding a few sticker embellishments!
