Hi everyone, it’s Deb Riddell here to share some cards with you that I made for Therm O Web’s booth at Creativation 2020 with Brutus Monroe’s Designer Toner Sheets and Foil Transfer Sheets.

I made two seasonal cards with Brutus Monroe’s Halloween and Christmas themed Designer Toner Sheets and Foil Transfer Sheets;

And then made an all-purpose card with Brutus Monroe’s Jeepers Creepers Designer Toner Sheet to show you how these seasonal designs can be adapted for any occasion.

Boo Halloween Card

I don’t have any step out pictures for this card but it is super simple to make!  Preheat your foil laminator and foil a piece of Brutus Monroe Jeepers Creepers Clear Designer Toner Sheet with Brutus Monroe Tide Pool Foil Transfer Sheet.  Cut the foiled toner sheet to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and cut a piece of Halloween themed scrapbook paper to the same size.  Tatter the edges of the scrapbook paper and adhere the clear designer toner sheet on top with your Memory Tape Runner XL, just run a line of tape around the edges to hold it in place.  Make an A2 card blank from Gina K. Designs Black Onyx Premium Cardstock (4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″) and adhere the whole assembly to the front with your Memory Tape Runner XL.

Jeepers Creepers

Foil a piece of Deco Foil PeelnStick Toner Sheet with Brutus Monroe Orange Sketch Foil Transfer Sheet and die cut the boo word.  Die-cut 2 or 3 more boo words from Black Onyx Premium Cardstock and adhere them together with iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive and then peel the backing paper off the orange foiled boo word and stick it on top.

Adhere the foiled boo word to the front of your card with iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive and you are done.  An easy and very effective Halloween card, love the Tide Pool Transfer Foil with the Jeepers Creepers Toner Sheet!

All Is Calm Christmas Card Instructions

Another quick and easy card, this one created with Brutus Monroe Ornamental Clear Designer Toner Sheet and Brutus Monroe Snow Days White Designer Toner Sheet.  Foil the Ornamental Clear Designer Toner Sheet with Brutus Monroe Red Static Transfer Foil and cut it to 4″ x 5 1/4″.  Cut a piece of green patterned Christmas scrapbook paper to the same size and adhere to the Ornamental foiled toner sheet on top with your Memory Tape Runner XL.  Make an A2 card blank from Gina K. Designs Luxury White Premium Cardstock and adhere the assembly to the front with your Memory Tape Runner XL.

Foil a couple of Brutus Monroe Snow Days White Designer Toner Sheet snowflakes with Brutus Monroe Gold Static Transfer Foil.  Cut them out and pop them up on the front of the card with Gina K. Designs White Foam Squares.  Stamp a sentiment of your choice and foil around the edges, using your Deco Foil Adhesive Pen and more Gold Static Transfer Foil.

All Is Calm

Pop the sentiment up on White Foam Squares in between the two foiled snowflakes and you are done.

Love Is All You Need Card

And finally here’s an all occasions card created with the Brutus Monroe Jeepers Creepers White Toner Sheet that you can easily change up by varying the stamped sentiment and/or the Brutus Monroe Transfer Foil colors that you use.

Start by cutting the Brutus Monroe Jeepers Creepers White Toner Sheet into strips.  I didn’t use the skulls for this application but have them stored away for more Halloween makes later this year!  Foil the shovels and triangles with Brutus Monroe Green Sketch Transfer Foil (instant trees!) and the hearts with Red Static Transfer Foil.

Foil the four remaining strips with either Gold Static or Silver Sketch Transfer Foil and cut the strips to about 3 3/4″ long each.  Adhere the strips to a piece of kraft cardstock, lining up the edges of the strips and leaving a bit of a reveal between them as you glue them in place with iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive.  Trim around the edges of your glued strips to leave about a 1/8″ to 1/4″ reveal on all sides.

Make a card blank from Gina K. Designs Luxury White Premium Cardstock (the size of your card blank will depend upon how much of a reveal you left between your foiled strips).  Adhere the foiled strip assembly to the front of your card blank with your Memory Tape Runner XL.

Stamp a sentiment of your choice onto Gina K. Designs Luxury White Premium Cardstock.  Die-cut the sentiment with one of Gina K. Designs Single Stitch Large Circle dies (which die you use in the set will depend upon the size of your stamped sentiment), holding the die in place with iCraft Purple Tape.

Pop your die cut sentiment up on some Gina K. Designs White Foam Squares on the front of your card and you are done.

I hope that you have enjoyed seeing the cards that I created with Brutus Monroe’s Designer Toner Sheets and Foil Transfer Sheets and that you’ve been inspired to take another look at some of the seasonal designs to see how you can adapt them to use every day.  Thanks as always for stopping by today and happy creating,

Deb xo
