BOO Your Neighbors With DecoFoil

Have you ever “booed” your neighbors? It’s Katrina from Paper, Scissors and Glue today to share a fun and quick Boo bag and card set to give your favorite neighbor! This is quick and easy last minute Halloween idea for giving, or you could even make it a prize at a Halloween party!

Other Supplies: Kraft Gift Bag, Ribbon, Halloween collection from Bella Blvd., Silhouette Cameo with cutting files.

Turn laminator on to begin heating. Let preheat around at least 20 minutes before using.

Start with decorating the front of the gift bag by using a Sticky Tape Mini Runner to attach pattern paper. Add some Glitter Dust™ Photo Corners in Black to the middle rectangle to create a type of frame for the area. Cut out a ghost and attached in middle of bag with 3D Foam Squares in 1/2 inch.

After attaching ghost, cut the letters for “boo” out of the Deco Foil PeelnStick Toner Sheets in a fairly big font. Place in transfer sheet, with DecoFoil™ in Purple on top of letters. Make sure purple color side is up. Run thru laminator and attach to bag front with 3D Foam Adhesive Squares.

Cut circles/ovals for eyes out of DecoFoil™ Foam Adhesive and cover with DecoFoil™ in Black. Attach to ghost.

Add ribbon, any additional embellishments and fill your bag with goodies.

Card is sized at 5×5 inches. Cut first layer of pattern paper at 4.5 x 4.5 inches and attach to cardbase using Sticky Tape Mini Runner. Cut second layer at 4.25 x 4.25 inches. Attach Glitter Dust™ Photo Corners-Gold to corners of second layer. Attach strips in middle of card.

Using DecoFoil™ PeelnStick Toner Sheet, cut the two bottom pieces of the candy corn out. Using DecoFoil Hot Melt Adhesive, cut the top part of the candy corn out. Cover bottom piece with DecoFoil in Pumpkin, middle piece with DecoFoil™ in Gold and top piece with DecoFoil™ in Opal. You will have to use the Deco Foil™ Hot Melt Adhesive for the top part, because of the DecoFoil™ in Opal needs to have a white backing surface, because it’s sheer in color. Add additional embellishments as desired.
