Hi! Chrissie here today and I have a card that is close to my heart to share. I have always loved Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh.  Even as a little kid, he was always my favorite. So, I jumped at the chance to use the adorable “…an ungloomy day” stamp set from Unity!

Supplies Needed:
iCraft 3D Double-Sided Adhesive Foam Squares (White), Combo Pack
Deco Foil Craft & Carrier Sheets
Deco Foil Adhesive Transfer Designs by Unity – Sentiments 1
Deco Foil Transfer Sheets, Mystic Rainbow
Laminator
Catherine Pooler Inks, Stamps and Die
Unity Stamp Set (…an ungloomy day)
Waterbrush

In order to color in the image, I used ink that is water reactive (Catherine Pooler Inks) along with a waterbrush.  I love to watercolor, so this emulates actual painting.

To create the background, I used a blender to add the same inks onto watercolor panel and then flicked ink and water onto the panel. And the best part? It didn’t affect the Adhesive Transfer I laid down on the sheet first! The. foil repelled all of the ink and water!

I did this technique a few times.  I patted the panel dry and used a heat gun.  This gives a really nice layering effect with the ink and the splatters.

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you enjoyed our Unity x Thermoweb collab!
